Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup sugar
7 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sprinkles
Method
Grease and dust the base and sides of the baking tin.
Add sugar, margarine, vanilla essence and 1 egg. Mix to combine.
Add flour, baking powder, the other egg and milk. Mix to combine.
Add sprinkles.
Bake for 60 minutes. Let it cool and decorate with your favourite frosting and sprinkles.
